Description:

We are urgently looking for a receptionist for one of our clients located in Brussels. Start date 14 mars, end date 14april.

As a receptionist, you will :

  • Perform general reception tasks such as answering the telephone, taking and relaying messages, providing information to callers;
  • Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, receiving and sorting out mail and deliveries, scheduling appointments;
  • Coordinating, planning, booking, organizing, preparing and tidying rooms before and after meetings;
  • Provide administrative support to management.
Profil

The successful candidate will have the following profile:

  • Excellent spoken and written English and French(any additional European language is an asset);
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office and Outlook);
  • Experience as receptionnist
  • Customer-oriented, organized and dynamic.
