Our client is looking for a recruiter who can source and pre-select candidates in line with profile need & their corporate culture

Required Responsibilities:

  • Actively search candidates using different social networking websites, online recruitment databases, our internal database
  • Conduct phone screenings
  • Screen digital interviews

Degree & Experience:

  • First experience in recruitment (within 1-3 years experience is ideal)

Technical skills:

  • First experience in screening, selection and interviewing
  • Experience with: ATS (Cornerstone), digital interviewing (Hirevue), testing (SHL), sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus
  • Digital savvy (tooling)

Attitudes/Behavior:

  • Active Listening
  • Interrelational skills
  • Result oriented

Languages:
Excellent in Dutch and French
