Morgan Philips Belgium is looking for its new intern to join its Executive Search and FYTE divisions in Belgium!

Our group is specialized in headhunting and recruitment, with a presence in 25 countries worldwide and 44 nationalities.

We are offering you a chance to join one of our teams in the heart of Brussels ! An opportunity to discover the world of recruitment consultancy in an ultra-dynamic market using the most innovative tools of the business (international database, video job ads, FYTE4U app allowing candidates to make a video CV click...).

You will have as main missions :
The definition of a sourcing strategy adapted to each mission in collaboration with consultants.

Identifying and pre-selecting candidates in order to find the best talent for our clients.

Participating in selection interviews.

Develop and implement communication activities such as the writing of job advertisements and the creation of video clips to increase visibility on professional social networks.

It is a 6 month paid internship from March and is suitable for business school or postgraduate students.

Dynamic and curious, you have a commercial flair and an good command of English in addition to French or Dutch .
