As Regional Manager, you play a key role in the operational and strategic leadership of our restaurants in Flemish Brabant, Limburg, and Maastricht.

Each day, you focus on boosting performance, inspiring teams, and ensuring both staff and customers enjoy an outstanding experience at our healthy fast food hotspots.

???? What will you do?

As Regional Manager, you’re the face and driving force behind our restaurants in Leuven (3x), Genk, Hasselt and Maastricht. You make sure every team is firing on all cylinders, customers leave with a smile, and quality always stays top-notch. From coaching to optimization — you keep the energy high and the overview tight.

✅ Your Responsibilities Include

✔️ Coaching and guiding restaurant managers and their teams to ensure optimal operational performance

✔️ Monitoring and optimizing KPIs — keeping a close eye on revenue, labor costs, and customer satisfaction

✔️ Implementing processes and standards to ensure quality and efficiency

✔️ Actively contributing to Hawaiian’s growth in Belgium — through training, development, and strategic input

✔️ Providing hands-on operational support — from audits to solving on-the-floor challenges

???? What do you bring to the table?

???? At least 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or foodservice

???? Multi-unit management experience — you know how to oversee several locations efficiently

???? Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset with a sharp focus on KPIs

???? A true people manager — motivating, coaching, and bringing out the best in your teams

???? Flexible, hands-on, and you enjoy being on the road

???? Fluent in Dutch and English

???? And: you hold the necessary work and residence permits for Belgium and/or the Netherlands

  • Net expense allowance between €150 and €200 depending on experience
