Features of the job
- Coordinate and manage staff in the Reservations Department and write work rotas and holiday schedules
- Accept, process and verify reservations; also check for overbookings and available options
- Conduct internal coaching and cross-training and plan further development training for Reservation staff
- Monitor forecasts, checking against budget figures
- Assist Sales and Front Office teams at peak times
