The Review Specialist position is responsible for handling products that fall outside of standard processing paths on an individual basis. This position will develop a plan and carry out necessary tasks to ensure the product meets customer expectations.

Job Qualifications:

• You have successfully completed a degree in the natural sciences, biotechnology, process or chemical engineering or a comparable qualification with initial professional experience
• You also have a good command of English, both spoken and written
• IT affinity and enjoyment of screen activities (MS Office, PowerPivot)
• Experience in the Lab environment as well as an independent and precise way of working also reflect you
• You have experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other large-scale manufacturing companies with a good understanding of production processes

Your tasks as a Review Specialist:

• Administrative activities, such as creation and implementation of internal training measures, collection of key figures, introduction of new colleagues, processing of change control applications, as well as audit preparation and support round off your profile
• Troubleshoots and corrects inconsistencies and problems that may occur during daily operations
• Assists in utilizing metrics to monitor and communicate TAT and error rate to lab and upper management
• Makes independent decisions regarding a product’s path based on individual attributes of the product and customer requirements
• Creates work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOP) and oligo master records (OMR) that meet customer requirements
