Description of the function

About the job

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the key account manager in his daily tasks
  • Follow up development of projects using internal systems (CRM etc.)
  • Liaise with internal departments: customer service, IT, R&D etc.
  • Update the data base (customers / prospects)
  • Report on meetings, monthly sales etc ...
  • Respond to internal and external requests
  • Identify potential new customers
  • Prepare marketing material for customers

Profile description

About you

We imagine that you:

  • Are service minded, proactive and get many tasks done every day
  • Work in a systematic and structured manner and pay attention to details.
  • Are a fluent in English & French (native level)
  • Are a team player and appreciate international and flexible working environment.
  • Are a proficient user of MS office programs and ideally Illustrator too.
  • Are willing to go for an adventure
