Meaningful Work From Day One:
Working closely with and under the Field Sales Manager, you will support the planning and follow-up of the commercial actions defined by the regional sales force teams. On a daily basis, you will assist the National Field Sales Manager in managing administrative tasks and ensure relationships between management, customers and the different internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will manage important and confidential information for the company and work with a high level of self-motivation, initiative, precision and discretion and with the ability to manage and prioritise the workload, in an intense environment, self-managed and with an eye on deadlines.
What You Can Expect:
Elaboration and follow-up of national reporting resulting from the company’s CRM (SalesForce.com)
Prepare the follow-up (Achieved versus Objectives) for the payment of the quarterly bonus of the sales force.
Creation and monitoring of the commercial dashboards.
Be the primary contact of the customers, dispatch messages and manage the flow of emails.
Regularly support the sales team in the implementation of specific requests and in the preparation and follow-up of various trade notes and mails.
Ensure the responsibility for daily administrative management, as well as the management of the documents and forms and reliable classification/filing
Manage agendas, prepare and organize the commercial meetings and trips (flights, taxis, hotels, restaurants, etc)
Take all necessary decisions in order to facilitate all the tasks for the person in charge: create new processes, take initiatives.
Manage planning regarding vacations of the Sales Force.
Develop its versatility to treat the similar files under the responsibility of a colleague
Make sure that its own data is accessible in case of absence, by complying with the safety requirements of all the information in order to allow a continuity of the business.
Share with other Assistants when necessary, tasks of reception/ telephone/ mail/ couriers (TNT, DHL, services of transport), office and various supplies.
What You Bring to the Table:
University degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years experience as a National Field Sales Assistant or a similar role, ideally in the FMCG industry
Proficient Google, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
Fluent in French and Flemish and operational English
Knowledge of Nielsen and Equadis would be a plus
You are dynamic, determined and feel comfortable working in a team as well as independently
