Sales Consultant in Financial services

The Financial Services Industry Group is looking for its future Sales Consultant ! In this role, you will support the Sales team in the pursuit of new transformation opportunities in the Financial Services industry. You will work together with the FS Belux sales team which is a team focusing on bringing new innovative ideas into the market and to our clients, developing appealing and on-point proposals, and thereby creating new growth opportunities for Accenture. You will learn what innovation ideas Accenture has to offer and how these ideas are brought to the market to create impact and value. You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team, using your creative, organizational and analytical skills to bring the best we have to offer to our clients.

Your job

Key responsibilities:

• As a critical member of the pursuit team, work closely with and help Belux and Gallia Sales leadership, Client Account Leads and Sales leads as they bring innovative solutions to our clients
• Build sales acumen, learn the Accenture suite of offerings and sales methodology, and how we help C-levels transform their organization to make them future proof
• Support the end-to-end sales execution process from origination to deal shaping, negotiations and deal closure
• Support the leadership team in pipeline tracking and other key KPIs monitoring as input to steer the go-to-market of Accenture in BeLux

Your background

• Master’s degree in any educational background, or Bachelor’s degree with relevant years of experience;
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in consulting and business development, financial services and/or consulting;
• Experience as a consultant within the Financial Services industry is a strong added value;
• Proven track record of working with rapidly changing deadlines and having a willingness to move in a fast-paced, pressured environment;
• Strong team player with a history of working well across organizations, plus if experience with stakeholders at senior management level and/or C-level executives;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch/French;
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as organizational skills;
• Structured way of thinking and presenting;
• Ability to influence and negotiate with others;
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, while keeping a sharp eye for details
