Our client, Spadel, is a family-owned independent company which produces and markets three ranges of natural water based drinks :
  • natural mineral waters and spring waters
  • flavoured natural waters
  • still and sparkling lemonades with 100% natural ingredients
They employ more than 1200 people and have 6 production sites in Europe, of which two in Belgium : Spa Monopole (Spa) and Bru-Chevron.
Their key markets are Belgium, Netherlands, France, UK and Bulgaria.

Today Spadel is looking to recruit a :

Sales Developer OOH (Flemish Brabant/Mechelen/Leuven)


Your challenge:

As a Sales Developer Out of Home, you will contribute to the presence and visibility of our brands in various on-trade outlets in the Antwerp/Vlaams-Brabant region, in order to achieve the predefined sales targets and to strengthen Spadel’s market share.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing an existing client portfolio
  • Expansion of the client base
  • Negotiation with beverage distributors & Horeca operators
  • Point of contact for current and future customers
  • Develop long-term, sustainable collaborations & partnerships


Your Profile:

  • Enthusiastic young potential with a bachelor or master degree.
  • Pro-active team player
  • A first work experience within FMCG is a plus
  • Dutch speaking with a good knowledge of French
  • An effervescent and commercial personality
  • Customer and result oriented. Going the extra mile for a customer is a given for you.
  • Strong in building customer and long term relationships
