Sales Excellence Officer - VIE Contract (W/M)

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

You will be responsible for:

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) related topics:

• Release Management & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Testing for new features
• Training (newcomers & refreshers)
• Super User Forum
• Veeva Align
• Product & Functional Catalog
• Processes – North Europe

- Reporting topics:

• Reporting/Analysis sales force & medical activities (Veeva & Qlik Sense)

- Sales Force Excellence topics:

• Support of segmentation and targeting process

• General support

Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences

Education:
Master’s Degree ideally in Management/Economics

Experience:

• Previous experience in healthcare sector or scientific/healthcare studies completed with a management degree is an asset
• Experience in database management and business intelligence software is desired

IT skills:

Advanced knowledge of Excel & MS Office Package is a must

Advanced knowledge of QlikView is valued

Ability to quickly understand and apply new IS Tools

Language(s):
Fluent English is a must

Knowledge of French and/or Dutch would be a plus
