VetroElite is a high-quality company for exclusive glass packaging with Italian craftsmanship and contemporary style. The company has been researching innovative approaches in the world of Glass packaging since 1994 and offers 360° packaging solutions from bottle to decoration. They offer solutions to different sectors, their main sectors are Distilleries, Spirits, Perfume and Oil & Food. The company offers common products but they offer also tailor made services to allow the customer to offer a product with an unprecedented, exclusive design, with an unique result.
The HQ of the company is based in Italy. The whole Vetroelite group consist of more than 110 employees, considering the subsidiaries and all locations. VetroElite is part of Tricorbraun, a US-based multinational company specialized in packaging. They have a Sales team all over Europe, US and Canada that consists of 35 – 40 People and due to their growth, they are looking for a Sales Manager for the Benelux market. As a Sales Manager Benelux you are responsible for visiting existing customers and developing new commercial channels in the Benelux area. You will manage a turnover of € 3 MIO by selling directly to the client and not by a distributor. You will be responsible for all sectors they are working for, but in Belgium the main focus will be on distilleries, then Fragrances and Oil & Food.
As a Sales Manager you need to have a consultancy attitude and be close to your clients and prospects. As you are selling a unique, high level glass product it is not an easy Sales cycle. You can compare it with selling a project, you advice your client with their glass product and decoration, you give marketing and design advice and go with the client or prospect into a long process in order to succeed in your role. You need to provide new ideas and solutions to the client to convince the client / prospect from your exclusive product. You will be trained on the technical aspects of the product with a two-week training in Italy. Your direct report will be the Sales Manager Italy and CEO in person. You will work home based but you will do frequent visits and business trips and have fixed appointments every week. You need to be organized very well because you have a lot of authority for your portfolio and you will do reports on weekly basis in SAP.
Profile:
- 3 years of experience in Sales Management in the consultancy sector in a luxury market
- 3 years of experience in a company where the products are highly customized
- Experience in Small – Medium segment
- Experience with selling to distilleries, Fragrance, Oil & Food sector is a plus
- Experience in selling directly to the client / prospect and not via distributors
- You are positive, ambitious, precise with a consultative Sales attitude
- Flemish, English, and French fluent
Offer:
You will work very autonomous with a unique, high level, customized glass and decoration products. You will have the opportunity to travel to Italy, mainly in the onboarding period but also after the training. The client will provide you with a fix salary, on top you have a bonus, a company car for professional use, laptop and phone.
