Our client is a successful SaaS start-upactive in the legal industry. They offer a unique combination of technology and services to manage all legal entities across the globe.

In a very short period of time they managed to have clients in approximately 70 different countries. They focus on multinational companies with more than 50 different entities, a niche market with lots of opportunities.

To grow the French market, they are looking for a Business Development Managerto join their team. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market the solutions to potential customers.
  • Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments
  • Log, track, and maintain outbound activity in Hubspot
  • Draft offers
  • Attend sales meetings as required in France and other French speaking countries (Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg)
  • Strong interest or proven track record in law/legal concerns

Who are you?

  • +5 years of sales experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS.
  • Being able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization including C-level managers.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated
  • Be proactive, independent thinker with a high energy/positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication - presentation - and relationship management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in at least French and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Basic working knowledge of excel and proficiency in Word.
