Sales Representative (PRO - Vlaanderen)

Join our team as a Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in driving our business growth while fostering strong partnerships with petprofessionals (Breeders, Shelters, Boarding facilities). • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting professional relationships.

• Drive for Results: Demonstrated passion and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

• Building and maintaining a commercial relationship with petprofessionals. Be the first commercial point of contact for their customers in the allocated region (West-Vlaanderen, Oost-Vlaanderen, Vlaams-Brabant and Brussel)

• Implementation and coordination of the marketing and sales activities at local level in line with priorities

• Increase recommendation by transfering our scientific knowledge to customers

• Focus on Perfect Visit to optimize sales efficiency per customer segment/classification (coverage, distribution and promo execution)

• Information sharing: be the eyes of the office. Providing qualitative input from the customers and on what they see on the field.
