We are a growing family business specialising in the sale of spare parts for aerial work platforms. From our warehouse in Waregem, we ship hundreds of packages weekly to customers all over the world. With over 450,000 unique references in our webshop, we offer an extensive range of parts and services. Your Key Responsibilities As a Sales Representative

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for further expanding our customer base in Eastern Europe, with a specific focus on Romania.

You will spend 40-50% of your time travellingto maintain customer relationships and increase their share of wallet. Moreover, you will actively seek out new customers.In short, you will advise and persuade customers, negotiate deals, and gather market insights.

The remaining 50-60% of your time will be spent maintaining daily contact with B2B customers for prospecting, following up on quotes, confirming orders, promoting monthly deals, and providing expert advice. You will also handle administrative tasks related to your commercial interactions, such as preparing quotations, processing orders, and requesting information from the purchasing department.

  • Fluent Romanian: This enables you to provide professional and seamless service to our customers.
  • Strong English skills: Essential for internal communication and managing other Eastern European regions.
  • Commercial drive and flair: You actively contribute to the growth of the Parts department.
  • Excellent communication skills: Not only in sales conversations but also when liaising with the sales manager and colleagues.
  • Customer-focused approach: You listen attentively to customers’ needs and propose effective solutions.
  • The following qualities will also work in your favour: customer orientation, problem-solving ability, accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive mindset.

  • Comfortable hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:15. On Fridays, the working day always ends at 15:00, so the weekend always begins extra early!
