To support the Sales function , you will perform primarily:

  • in administrative tasks, with focus on optimization of sales performance.
  • In training of global sales follow-up tools to the sales team.
  • In updating reports and analysis that enables tactical and operational business improvements and decisions.

  • Basic Knowledge of data analytics and the performance metrics for sales
  • Basic understanding of the retail sales operations
Good knowledge of Excel is required
Basic knowledge of Power BI
Fluent proficiency in English, French AND/OR Dutch;

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

You will:

  • Act as responsible to ensure that global designed product communication is made available in the store. This includes a close cooperation with different external companies and proof reading
  • Create, maintain, distribute and communicate standard dashboards and reports to be used throughout the business,
  • Be the speaking partner between Global and Belgium for development of different tools and act as the super user for this tool In Belgium.
  • Act as responsible for technical set up of commercial activities in the different systems
  • Be the partner with sustainable team to ensure that Sales is compliant with the communication around sustainable products
  • Act as responsible for NEWS launches including monitoring gross margin, identify deviations
  • Give training about global reporting tools to different internal stakeholders
  • Monitor competition, flag opportunities or point out threats
  • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
