As sales support B2B, you aim to maximize the efficiency of our sales organization helping us to sell more cars. In your role you will have an impact at two levels:
- On the commercial side, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and making sure they have all the required information and accesses to start buying. In the future, you will also be responsible for prospection strategies in order to attract new clients
- On the analytical and administrative side, you will provide our sales team with your recommendations based on data, allowing them to maximize their time spent selling
Our Sales Support, will be part of the B2B sales team and will report directly to the head of sales. Internally, you will be constantly in contact with the sales team and colleagues from the operations department. Externally, you are the link with different departments within D’Ieteren Automotive for the follow-up of car orders.
Essentially, your task will be to improve the efficiency of the sales team B2B by analyzing/preparing and follow up off all administration/reporting/market info. Thanks to your pro-active follow-up and recommendations, you will ensure that our sales team can concentrate of sales, maximizing their sales time.
You are digital savvy, driven, autonomous and get your energy from analysing data and making recommendations, then you might be the person we are looking for.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new clients registering pro-actively on the website
- Follow-up of car orders from our mother company D’Ieteren Automotive (incl. control of prices, credit notes, delivery terms)- Contact by phone and email with different departments within D’Ieteren Automotive
- Preparation of management presentations and reports on sales performance
- Analyze data and make recommendations that boost sales efficiency:
- Analyze past sales data & market intelligence data to;
- Identify timely trends in performance of different models
- Recommend target sales countries for different models
- Provide structured feedback to the management committee
- Compare prices of specific car configurations across Countries
- Preparation of weekly sales offers
- Analyze sold cars with long due outstanding payments
- Analyzing trends website visitors and purchase behavior
- Analyze past sales data & market intelligence data to;
- Support in sales administration
- Create and verify car configurations for accuracy
- Relaunch clients with outstanding payment amounts
Skills and competences
- Analytic thinking – ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Service minded, with inner deliver excellent service to our customers
- Knowledge of automotive is a plus: specificities of different makes, configurations
- Organized and structured in your ways of working
- Digital savvy and data-driven, able to work easily with market intelligence systems
- Ability to work under pressure and resilient
- Fluent in English and Dutch/French is mandatory, German and Dutch/French is a plus
