Job Description

Our client is looking for a SAP IBP Consultant for a full-time permanent position. Start date is immediate. The ideal candidate is bilingual. This is for a large and complex S/4 project.
  • Work model : Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week for the first 4 months then remote
Job Description

The consultant is responsible for the overall delivery of all client’s IBP technology programs. This includes demand planning, supply and response management, finite capacity scheduling as well as the management of the reports necessary for the overall management of IBP processes and program.

The position is responsible for managing the commercial relationship with IBP, S&OP stakeholders, defining the roadmap in collaboration with business partners, coordinating technology architecture decisions and full load of all IBP projects, as well as developing the approach to achieve the desired objectives through to delivery.

The position includes coordinating projects within the program, creating communications with stakeholders and stakeholders, reporting and managing program finances to Canada’s operations management.

Responsibilities
  • Partners with executive sponsors to communicate goals, objectives, and potential outcomes.
  • Leads regular interactions with project teams to inform, alert, negotiate and maintain a good ongoing relationship and shared vision for the project outcome.
  • Leads Agile and Waterfall projects, coordinating a diverse team of Agropur resources and contractors.
  • Develops and monitors project budget and manages expenditures within agreed expenditure plans.
  • Plays a key role in the development of the roadmap for IBP technology at Agropur
  • Acts as an advisor and builds and maintains relationships with the wider stakeholder community.
  • Directs the supervision of the execution of projects, their progress against the plan and the production of the agreed deliverables
  • .Monitors and coordinates dependencies between program projects and resolves conflicts.
  • In partnership and alignment with the corporate PMO, leads or approves the establishment of a framework or guidelines for the use of contractors and professional service providers, and determines their use across the program.
  • Supports and facilitates agenda setting for regular project review.
  • Self-training and learning with SAP and our partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Certification (PMP, Agile) strongly recommended
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience with the SAP and/or Oracle Platform and related modules (SAP IBP, O9 SMP).
  • Demonstrated working experience in developing partnership between business and technology areas.
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating among senior leadership.
Skills
  • Superior communication skills and ability to work and influence a diverse team of Agropur employees and contractors. Technical Leadership.
  • Excellent understanding of a plant environment and design of zero downtime systems;
  • A high level of empathy and the ability to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of temperaments and personalities.
  • Strong business acumen, including industry- and domain-specific knowledge of the organization and its business units. Familiarity with industry trends and innovation.
  • Excellent analytical and execution skills.
  • Experience with project/program management methodology, such as The Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMI PMBOK) and Agile Framework.
  • Deep understanding of current S&OP technology.
  • Understanding of Machine Learning and Big Data as well as Power BI
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
