We are excited to be recruiting for a dedicated SAP Support Team Lead to join our ever expanding team based in our Nazareth, Belgiumlocation. Location preference is Belgium but we may consider other european locatiosn where we have an existing presence.

Major Responsibilities And Duties
  • Lead SAP support team, providing process and technical advice for Perrigo SAP users community
  • Adopt, design and implement procedures to increase SAP support service efficiency
  • Work with external parties, providing SAP services, to enhance the coverage of the SAP support division
  • Establish trust-based relationships with business stakeholders and efficient collaboration with IT colleagues around the world
  • Design and implement efficient procedures to comply with Computer System Validation and quality standards
Key Requirements
  • lead the team of SAP Support business analysts for both Supply Chain and Finance areas
  • understand Perrigo IT&S organization, change control approach and synergies of different IT&S divisions
  • organize and prioritize the support work across team members and in accordance with their individual capabilities
  • understand, support and develop change control, incident and enhancement management, as well as other management procedures
  • display full knowledge and hands-on expertise in configuration and development standards of applicable SAP modules and integration between them
  • implement new tools and procedures to optimize SAP support work, systems stability and business support service level
  • Master or Bachelor degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant business discipline, combined with 7 to 10 years’ experience as a SAP Business Analyst, and at least 3 – 5 years of management experience.
  • Senior SAP business analyst expertise with hands-on experience, including ABAP code reading and debugging, understanding of EDI and cloud integration platform concepts
  • Excellent skills in MS Word, Power Point, Visio, and experience in a regulated environment is required.
