Senior Analyst, Total Rewards

Overview
  • Provides support for program design, development and initial implementation for total rewards programs with a primary focus on Western Europe
  • Assists with the development of programs that recognize employees as consumers with diverse interests
  • Adapts programs for local implementation and partners with HRBPs and GBSC-HR on ongoing administration and delivery
  • Total Rewards programs include all compensation programs, work/life experience, mobility, benefits, and health & wellness programs

Role
  • Provides ongoing program design and analytical support for Mastercard’s Total Rewards programs in Europe with a primary focus on Western Europe
  • Develops reports and conducts analyses to track the cost and performance of current and proposed rewards programs
  • Performs and reviews benchmarking and market analysis and identifies insights on Total Rewards positioning
  • Evaluates and recommends improvements to analytics processes and/or tools
  • Resolves complex employee issues that are escalated from GBSC-HR and assists colleagues in addressing employee questions and vendor issues
  • Works with vendors and the GBSC-HR to ensure service delivery and manages the invoice and billing process
  • Analyzes quantitative and qualitative rewards market trends and best practices to identify implications for relevant rewards programs
  • Assists with M&A Integration analysis and performs due diligence analyses
  • Works with GBSC-HR on the effective management of Total Rewards data and technology in Workday and third party systems. Has expertise in Total Rewards systems and process flows
  • Participates in a robust peer review process and applies judgement regarding when to escalate issues or concerns
  • Supports with gender pay reporting for Western Europe
  • Provides support during the year-end compensation review cycle

  • Extensive experience analyzing internal and external market rewards programs and competitive practices
  • Experience in supporting day-to-day Total Rewards programs/processes and tracking progress/performance
  • Consistently delivered accurate, high quality and well-organized reports on rewards metrics and data
  • Created and delivered Total Rewards communications to business unit/market stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge of market and internal best-practices
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel
