We’re leading a retained search for a senior corporate attorney focused on private M&A interested in moving into mergers and acquisitions insurance market as a Senior Broker focusing on advising buyers and sellers on the structuring and execution of warranty and indemnity insurance ("W&I" insurance) arrangements. The business operates in the premium deals space (£50m - £10bn) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on W&I policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals. We are looking to talk to an experienced corporate attorney with strong technical expertise with interest in moving into business remaining close to the law and M&A transactions.
