At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Analysis of Business requirements and risk analysis
  • Business processes modelling, process analysis and analysis of the integration of different information systems
  • Assistance and/or participation in business cases, business glossary, vision, business requirements documents and other relevant documents
  • Description of user requirements and functional requirements (epics and user stories)
  • Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
  • Coordination and collaboration with the project teams and participation in Sprint Review meetings
  • Support the Project Managers of information systems to meet identified business needs and deliver high quality products and assist in the implementation of the project management methodology

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Master’s degree in IT field with minimum 9 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 13 years of relevant experience)
  • At least 8 years of specific expertise with UML / BPMN
  • At least 2 years of specific expertise with SPARX Enterprise Architect
  • At least 1 year experience with information systems matters
  • At least 1 year experience of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.)
  • Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes
  • Knowledge of information systems lifecycle and development methodologies (RUP- RUP Agile or Agile Scrum)
  • Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, MS Teams and Signal
