We are looking for a Sr Business Analyst to join our Sales Operations department in Brussels. As part of the Business Analytics team, your role will be to work in close partnership with our Sales leaders and provide them the insight, guidance and solutions they need to reach their objectives.
Your core responsibilities will be to:
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, budget and forecasting processes, deliver content for business reviews
  • Provide guidance on commercial strategic decisions, with a specific focus on pricing and commercial conditions.
  • Together with Commercial Operations, implement or enhance solutions, tools and systems that spread access to information across the sales organization, and drive Sales efficiency.
  • Deliver adhoc analysis: gather and analyze data, provide and present to the relevant stakeholders’ actionable insight and business recommendations.
  • Develop relevant reporting on sales activity and results as well as CRM performance indicators for Sales leaders and internal stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • Run pricing impact simulations and provide pricing guidance, assist in commercial conditions negotiations.
  • Coordinate cross departmental initiatives to streamline sales processes and improve the organization’s efficiency.
  • Closely work with Sales leaders on Sales Incentive Plans. Provide simulations, accruals and communicate to the teams.
  • Partner with sales leaders to run commercial strategical projects.
The position key requirements and competencies are:
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sciences, Economics or any related field.
  • You have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, in a B2B international company.
  • IT literacy and strong Excel skills are of key importance to the role. You also have experience working with databases and business Intelligence applications such as QlikView, Tableau, Power BI….
  • You are fluent in English; any other European language is an asset.
  • Your have excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, and very good organization skills.
  • You are solution oriented, proactive, and like to keep growing and learning.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and like to be part of a team as much as working autonomously.
