FUNCTION

To accompany the strong growth of our Industry (automotive, energy, infrastructure, heavy industry, aerospace…) offer in Antwerp, Limburg and Flemish Brabant, we are looking for our future Senior Business Manager.
You will identify new clients, understand their challenges and respond to their needs.

Your missions

Development of your commercial activity

  • You develop your customer portfolio in the industry sector
  • You ensure the satisfaction and retention of your customers
  • To meet their challenges, your advisory role will enable you to provide ingenious solutions on our three levels of commitment (technical assistance, service center, work package)

Management of 2 business engineers

  • You will accompany, coach and make your team successful
  • Thanks to your management, you will ensure the good results of your business unit

Recruitment and Management of your Consulting Engineers team

  • +/- 35 consultants will be assigned to you upon your integration
  • In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, you will attract the best talents
  • You manage and retain your consulting engineers through the support of their career paths

Management of your profit center

As a true intrapreneur, you monitor the development of your business and optimize its profitability.

You will report to the Business Unit Director of Flanders and have the opportunity to grow within the company

PROFILE

With a higher education degree (engineering or business school), you have 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Manager in the Engineering sector.

Understanding of engineering consulting and successful managerial experience will be real assets.
