Hays is actively looking for a Senior Financial Analyst in Anderlecht !

For a company active in the marketing and communication sector, located in Brussels, Hays is looking for a motivated Senior Financial Analyst.

You participate to the preparation of the annual budget and the forecast. You ensure financial planning and analysis, manage monthly reports and you analyze and interpret the P&L for different European countries. You support the Group CFO and the management during financial audits and by preparing and analyzing information and trends. You manage a small team of 2 people.

You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics, and have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role. You speak fluently French and English, and knowledge of Italian is a strong plus. You have good knowledge of accounting principals (BE Gaap) and IFRS, and have an experience with ERP systems such as SAP. You are result oriented, have interpersonal & communication skills.
