Job DescriptionAs an Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be able to provide substantial experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. You will serve as a key resource in supporting the management & optimization of our HR applications, with a very strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud. This involves closely collaborating with IT and HR stakeholders to develop, implement, and enhance our HR systems.Moreover, you should also have solid project management skills, able to drive forward small & medium sized initiatives.This role requires a strong technical & functional acumen within Oracle HCM Cloud, combined with a solid understanding of HR processes.Your Responsabilities :

• You will be involved in a strong contribution to the management and optimization of all relevant HR applications
• You should have a profound background in Oracle HCM Cloud, including technical experience, allowing to have an immediate impact on the (integration-related) project activities in light of HCM Transformation
• You need to be able to easily collaborate with an array of internal & external stakeholders; from internal HR & IT leadership, to external vendors we integrate our HR applications with.

Your profile :Basic Requirements

• Education: a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees and HR or HRIS certifications, such as Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s), is considered a plus
• A minimum of 7 years of HRIS experience, with at least 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
• Languages: fluency in English, knowledge of French
• Experience in a global or multi-location company is beneficial, including understanding of global HR processes and requirements, and experience in contributing to global HRIS projects.

Technical Knowledge

• A strong technical acumen, including understanding of integration tools & methods in Oracle Cloud, such as HCM Extracts and BIP
• A solid understanding of HR processes and data, including Core HR, compensation, talent management, and workforce planning
• About Oracle HCM Cloud Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is required. This should include:
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities & interconnectedness
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud integration methods, such as HCM Extract and BIP. This includes (coordination of) the implementation & management of integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud reporting (OTBI & BIP), including creating and running reports, and leveraging reporting capabilities to provide data-driven insights
• Experience training and supporting end-users
• Experience in contributing to cloud projects, for example: functional module implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Technical Acumen: Strong technical acumen is required, including the ability to understand and work with complex HR systems, troubleshoot system issues, and learn new technologies quickly. Knowledge of SQL, HTML, and XML is a plus.

Your team :The HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) team is responsible for the management and maintenance of Carmeuse’s HR IT landscape. This ranges from HCM to travel & expense applications. The team is composed of IT professionals with a strong HR business acumen, based in various locations, supporting Carmeuse’s HR business process leads & other HR stakeholders.The team contributes to ensuring efficient, seamless system operations, assisting in generating business reporting and driving strategic HR technology initiatives/system improvements.
