Your Impact

As a (Senior) Manager, you’ll make an impact by:

• managing M&A projects(with support from Director/Partner) including being the day to day point of contact for clients.

• overseeing daily project managementand delivery of M&A transactions. This will include assuming responsibility for managing all phases of the transaction cycle and deal execution.

• leading and managing the delivery of transaction documentationincluding pitch materials and client proposals.

• managing a team, wider support staff and other external advisers.

• being responsible for supervising and reviewing financial analysisand complex modelling carried out by the team members.

• building and developing strong relationshipsin the market. You’ll take responsibility for agreed areas of origination and business development.

• setting, monitoring and controlling project budgets, billing and other reporting requirements.
  

About You

• You have a strong academic background.

• You have solid experience within M&A advisorywith proven execution ability and origination skills across Belgium.

• On top of your strong numerical and analytical skills, you have also demonstrated sound strategic thinking skills.

• You have excellent report writing skills.

• You are an independent thinker with the ability to identify problems and contribute to the development of solutions.

• You’re comfortable discussing financially related commercial issues.

• You have proven your ability to work on a range of projects simultaneouslyto demanding timetables.

• You’re a highly motivated, ambitious self-starter willing to take advantage of the opportunities this position offers, but also a team player.

• Experience of working with small teams and managing people.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Commitment to high quality standards and detail-oriented person.

• Personal drive to deliver results.

• Sector specific experience is not a requirement but may be beneficial.
