We are looking for aSenior SAP Recruiterto help us identify, engage, and hire top talent to drive the continued growth and success of TheValueChain. You’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding candidate experience and building relationships with future colleagues.

Your Skills

  • At least 5 year of experience in recruitment of SAP profiles or a similar HR-related role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with candidates on different levels.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for finding and attracting top talent.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English/French.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms is a plus.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ fit for open positions and support hiring managers with their hiring needs and interview coordination.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from application to offer stage.
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives to showcase TheValueChain as an employer of choice through social media and other recruitment campaigns.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Maintain and nurture: Strong, high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent, payroll and freelance, to ensure a ready pipeline as new roles become available
