  • Belgian payroll, working time and absence, hiring, termination (liaison role with
outsourced payroll team)
  • Able to build strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communicator in English (TME business language)
  • Digital proficiency and mindset: enthusiasm for digitalisation of processes and customer
service tools
  • Dutch language proficiency

Your team and your responsibilities:
Team/division description:
Part of the People & Site Services division, this team is responsible for ensuring:
  • the management of full process of international assignments to and from TME (remuneration & relocation)
  • immigration, tax, data protection and other compliance requirements for international assignments and permanent employees
  • an outsourced payroll service is in place at all TME sites, in compliance with labour laws, accounting & audit regulations and Company policies
  • appropriate systems, processes, communication tools, customer support services are in place for the accurate recording and administration of working time and absences in TME Belgium
  • appropriate systems and processes are in place for the affiliation and maintenance of data, payments and customer support services relating to insured benefits in TME Belgium

Your responsibilities:
  • Supervise and perform activities across some or all the above domains
  • Ensure delivery of TME policies and processes, legal compliance and effective
customer service, liaising with
o Suppliers
o Internal stakeholders (P&I (=HR), other TME functions and Toyota entities)
o External authorities (social security, tax, auditors, state health authorities)
o Employees from different Toyota entities of varying nationalities
  • Lead or contribute to projects relating to
o The improvement of systems, processes and customer support tools
o Supplier selection and development
o Compliance
o Cross - HR development
