Who are we looking for?We are looking for highly talented & motivated professionals, seeking to further develop themselves in a high-performing, agile & international environment. This requires:Master’s degree in civil or commercial engineering, economics or other science, technology, economics or mathematics related fieldsAt least 2 years of professional working experience, with a solid track record in a high performing (consulting) company or start-up operating mainly in industries such as the manufacturing, FMCG, construction or transportation industryThe required functional expertise primarily within supply chain, procurement, finance or the broader transformational domainExperience within strategic or management consulting is essentialStrong presentation, conceptual, communication & influencing skillsFluency in English and preferably Dutch or French An entrepreneurial and ‘can-do’ attitude, with an affinity to use your previous experiences to guide your team through new situations.A client-focused mindset; able to quickly grasp the issues & concerns of our clients and willing to go the extra mile to resolve them.Analytical, inquisitive, fast learning & digitally savvyResilience and flexibility in terms of mobility & work scheduleEagerness to work together within our team as well as with client teams

As a Senior Strategic Value Consultant, you will work side-by-side with our best-in-class consulting leaders and support them in tackling a wide array of strategic and operational challenges that our clients are facing, primarily in the areas of supply chain, procurement, transportation, operations,… Together with your team and client, you will determine the right road to take and build the enablers to take it successfully. You will be working on a wide range of projects of varying length, size & location, working with clients of different sizes, operating mainly in industrial environments, such as manufacturing, FMCG, construction and transportation,… tackling a wide array of challenges, primarily in the areas of supply chain, procurement, transportation, operations, change management,… teaming up with highly skilled people who bring different backgrounds & experiences to the table.
