Senior Technician (Service Delivery)


  • Working Location:Brussels, Belgium
  • Security Clearance:NATO Secret / SC
  • Language:High proficiency level in English language; Very good working knowledge of French language


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

· 4+ years experience working in an ICT service- oriented environment
· Knowledge in:
ü Software tools used in ICT Service Management, such as Windows diagnostics tools, Remedy
ü Recent and current Windows operating systems and common Windows desktop applications
ü Conference room support, meeting rooms and IPTV support
· Good working knowledge of IT hardware and auxiliary computer equipment, such as printers and scanners
· Broad knowledge of computer network technology in a Microsoft Windows environment


DUTIES/ROLE

  • Install and configure hardware and software components on workstations and laptops
  • Troubleshoot EUD hardware and software issues, identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Repair or replace damaged hardware
  • End user device support within conference/meeting rooms including IPTV support
  • End-user equipment dismantling and reinstallation in order to perform user moves
  • Execute related secondary activities such as end-user equipment installation including perform user moves independently
