Senior Tester

Mission

You will be part of a of the Engineering team of the company.

You will be performing your mission in a key-player air traffic management company in Brussels and part of a multinational team developing the software functions of the ATM network manager. The working language is English, French is an asset.

Main Responsibilities & Profile

The verification tester performs assigned test activities such as:
  • Test planning – identify the test activities to be performed, describe the test environment, provide estimated workload and schedules
  • Test preparation and specification – set up the test infrastructure and testware, specify tests and test data
  • Test execution – verify correct behavior and detected failures
  • Test monitoring and control – measure and report test progress according to the plan
  • Test closing – collect improvement information
The Following Qualifications Shall Be Provided By The Candidate
  • Good team member,
  • Ability to learn quickly new tools and systems,
  • Experience with testing tools (e.g. HP ALM),
  • Knowledge of Selenium, Clearcase and GIT,
  • Experience with Agile testing methodology,
  • Experience with working with a scripting language ksh, python
  • Experience with database systems and SQL, preferably in an Oracle environment,
  • Ability to execute manual and automated tests,
  • Ability to prepare test plan and contribute to the test strategy definition,
  • Experience with load/stress/performance tests
The knowledge or at least a strong interest for the aviation domain is a clear advantage.
