ABOUT THE ROLE
Onsite service delivery lead for Life Sciences
To lead the team and ensure have good understanding of Technology skills like cloud, Informatica and Salesforce.
Deliver manager should work with offshore team members for update and need to very flexible in working hours as support is required during week end. Associate has to be very flexible on time.

Responsabilities :

  • Delivery ownership of multi geo accounts for Life science project
  • Onsite Delivery POC. Resolve delivery issues across all clusters.
  • Be the delivery single point of connect for EMEA delivery leadership on delivery governance, key operational metrics and delivery excellence.
  • Managing client relationship and business aspects of the engagement
  • Identify strategic initiatives that help Client’s business achieve their goals.
  • Interface between the Senior Management team of Client Management and Cognizant
  • Account/Strategy planning
  • Demand fulfillment/ Inter team Collaboration/Partnering with local companies, Capacity Planning, Project planning and work allocation
  • Managing resources against projected demand
  • Understanding of cloud requirement is mandatory.
  • Competency building (Lateral/Entry Level, Upskilling) /PMO Team Setup
  • Large Scale Project/Delivery/Team Management
  • Application of Industry best practices
  • Delivery Excellence/Governance, Process Improvement/ Innovation
  • Resolving issues and ad-hoc requests
  • Planning to Resolve challenging and critical issues
  • Handling Client interfacing and coordinating the support status within the team.
  • Status reporting to local and global stake holders for client
  • Customer Communication
    • Communication to /coordination with legacy system owners and vendors
    • Client Side’s communication need to be managed very well.
    • SPOC for The engagement

EXPERIENCE – ESSENTIAL

  • Project Management and experienced in Agile Methodology
  • Working in infrastructure and Application value management is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge on ITIL process.
  • Experienced in end to end SDLC implementation for multi geography
  • Should understand Tableau reports and all the presentation to the client will be from Tableau.
  • Experience working on onsite-offshore mode

EXPERIENCE – DESIRABLE

  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and marketing functional knowledge
  • PMP certified
  • ITIL certified

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Person experienced in project management, multi geography engagement, excellent in communication and who can be the liaison in between IT/Business team locally and globally.
  • 15+ years in IT with experience in Program Management and Delivery Management
