A very unique and challenging role has become available for a Site Director a.i. (freelance) at an international company active in the building materials sector. You will be based in the North of Antwerp and you will take up this role for a period of minimum 6 months.

Your Responsibilities As Site Director A.i. Will Include
  • Ensure the full operational performance of the site
  • Guard over the efficient work force planning, organisation, maintenance and respect of HSE rules on the site
  • Guide a junior potential and the teams, to make them grow towards more autonomy, efficiency and proactive communication.
  • Ensure P&L responsibility, guarding over pricing and general profitability.
  • Interact with supporting services (HR-Finance-Purchasing) at HQ level
Your Qualifications Include

You have solid experience as Site Director in the building materials sector or related industries.

As Site Director a.i. you are able to bring a team and organisation towards more efficiency and profitability and you have an open, federating and team driven approach.

Also, you create clarity and have an objective way of analysing situations. You have worked in environments that are undergoing heavy challenges but can remain calm by defining a solid plan of execution.

You speak Dutch and English fluently and you can work on site fulltime or at least 4 days a week.
