We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Content Specialist to join our Communication Team. This role is focused on enhancing our brand’s presence and engagement through owned media channels. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, writing engaging copy for various platforms, and managing our social media channels, to increase brand engagement and customer loyalty.

  • Collaborate with our content team to define and shape our Content Marketing Strategy , then translate and execute this strategy into a comprehensive social media and communication plan.
  • Craft high-quality copy for various platforms such as social media, blog, and the website, ensuring it consistently aligns with the Neuhaus tone of voice
  • Manage all organic social channels , including meticulous planning and scheduling, while also guiding our paid media approach to maximize reach and impact
  • Engage with customers and followers taking charge of community management to foster a vibrant and interactive online presence
  • Create and post compelling organic microcontent that resonates with our customers’ expectations and the latest social media trends. Coordinate with external designers, video-makers, and photographers to produce unique digital content for our social channels and blog.
  • Report on social media reach, engagement and community growth and provide analysis on the effectiveness of social campaigns and content
  • Perform regular competitor analysis to generate new ideas and enhance our competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure our content strategy aligns seamlessly with the broader company strategy, emphasising the importance of well-crafted content and strategic copywriting in achieving our collective goals
  • You have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, digital marketing, or related field
  • You can rely on at least 2 years of work experience as a social media manager, content manager, copywriter, or a similar role
  • You master Dutch and French at native level, with very strong writing skills, and you have excellent communication skills in English
  • You are proficient in copywriting, editorial skills, and crafting engaging content with a keen eye for detail.
  • You have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • You have the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while working autonomously and taking ownership and initiative.
  • You show a customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
