Here at Zebra Technologies, we create a world-leading range of enterprise-class rugged mobile computers, mobile printers and location/cloud offerings. These devices deliver a business benefit to end-customers by incorporating an application which solves a business need. Some of our partners develop their own applications, but more and more, customers are buying applications from independent third-party software developers. We created a partner programme for these Independent Software Vendors (ISV), to cultivate their influence with customers towards Zebra devices.

We have created an exciting new opportunity to join our ISV team in EMEA! Driving recruitment and engagement to leverage the influence of ISVs based in BeNeLux and France, growing incremental revenue primarily in EMEA but also globally.

Recruiting, activating, enabling and developing software development partners (ISVs) which create applications to serve Zebra’s customers in a variety of different vertical markets.

Our vertical markets include: retail, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, transportation & logistics, energy/utilities, and state & local government. Our ISV Manager will help the sales teams to understand and be aware of software partners, ensuring they have the right ISV partner portfolio to effectively co-sell into the assigned verticals.

Responsibilities:
  • Align with our Product and Strategy teams to determine the shortlist of strategic software partner ISV recruits to enable our success in selected verticals.
  • Activate and drive collaboration with the top-potential software partners. Aligning with the key regional colleagues to ensure we have the right partners for key products in our targeted verticals and that product launches include key ISV partners.
  • Own software partner relationships and their engagement in key aspects of the ISV program.
  • Drive joint go-to-market activities, utilizing Market Development Funds (MDF) and maximize software partner value with the sales teams.
  • Educate software partners on Zebra products and offerings. Establish a joint technology roadmap and regular activity review, including collaboration plan and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate elements of the ISV programme within the BeNelux and French markets, including:
    • rewards;
    • co-marketing activities and requests for MDF allocation for demand generation;
    • technical engagement & education events;
    • communication to BeNeLux and French ISVs to ensure maximum mindshare;
    • drive ISV participation to Marketing and Channel events.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a pro-active and collaborative team player with a demonstrated track record in partner management or channel sales. A great partner relationship manager with a history of working with software vendors, and proven knowledge of mobile application software is important.

Strong communication and presentation skills are critical, with the ability to influence internal resources. An awareness of Zebra’s core markets would be valuable along with excellent time management and task prioritisation when under pressure.

Based in Belgium; fluent French and English languages are essential, as is the eagerness and ability to travel within the Region extensively (post Covid 19)
