We are hiring a  Solution Architect!

Who are we looking for?

• You have a strong Enterprise Architecture background defining end-to-end solutions, from infrastructure to applications
• Your focus is to help IT deliver secure, stable, maintainable and scalable solutions that support your client’s core business
• You have an interest in participating in digital transformation project proposals (pre-sales phase) to ensure project feasibility at new clients
• You have expertise designing architectures based on API, public clouds (especially Azure & AWS).
• You have DevOps experience working in iterations, aiming at continuous delivery and using Agile methodologies and tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence).You have experience in landscapes with Java, .NET, Javascript/NodeJS, Python custom applications and corporate third-party applications (ERP, CRM)
• You have experience with security frameworks and standards (NIST, EU Cybersecurity Act)
• You have a strong interest in application integration and understand the benefits and risks of EAI, SOA and ESB approaches
• You have experience developing IT architectures using methodical diagrams that define the specifications, business/IT models, implementation roadmaps and other guidelines.
• Fluent in English and/ or Dutch.
• Critical and creative thinking is one of your strongest assets.
• You have a strong interest in problem formulation, fact-finding, analysis and problem solving in large ecosystems (corporate, enterprise).
• You have excellent communication skills with your team, clients, stakeholders.
• You have experience working in digital transformation and customer experience projects.

What will you be doing?

You will be the Solution Architect of a transformation team, communicating and guaranteeing that decisions and key messages are delivered and followed.

• You will work with product managers and owners, application development managers and tech leads, to define the system’s architecture across multiple products, setting technology standards and strategy.
• You will work with senior executives helping set the right direction of Enterprise Architecture both at ongoing projects and new client projects.
• You will be taking ownership for identifying, modelling and documenting the architecture that will support development and operation teams.
• You will be providing guidance and training to development squads, transferring skills and knowledge of technologies to other team members.
• Drive multiple architectural initiatives across multiple teams independently.
• You will be in charge of providing the best available IT – solutions for business needs.
• You will ensure that all parts of the technical design are correctly understood and incorporated, defining the development tools and environment.
• You will provide guidance for technical support and technical quality control
• You will manage complexity and will focus not just on how the solution will operate in its own context, but how it will function in the bigger picture of real-life business operations.
• You envision and evaluate new technologies and lead the move towards it.
