Roles & Responsibilities:
Role of the TSM / LSM specialist
1. Steer, promote NMSC LSM/TSM roll-out
2. Certify the quality control of TSM/LSM by Kaizen Survey
3. Coordinate TSM meeting and training with NMSC
4. Support and implement NMSC pilot activities for TSM
5. Create standardized operational flows and training contents
6. Monitor and manage the regulation issues
7. Find NMSCs’ The Best Practices and drive the Best Practices sharing
8. Track the progress of the project through the key Business KPIs and Implementation status
9. Report the progress to TME management
10.Support Environmental activities

Your Profile: - You are fluent in English (TME business language)
- You have a master degree
- You are result driven, dedicated and deliver on promises.
- You are process driven and have knowledge of aftersales process.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft office tools and IT
- You are flexible and willing to travel within EU
- You have strong project management competences to manage very diverse tasks
- You have good personal organisation competences in order to prioritise and meet strict deadlines
- You have good communications and presentation skills
