Do you want to further develop your career and expand your expertise in the field of Portfolio Project Management and Strategy? Do you have previous experience in Project, Portfolio and Financial practices in combination with ServiceNow? We are hiring a dynamic SPM evangelist to join our Strategic Capability Group as a Global Specialist for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

What will you do?

As a key player in our Strategic Capability Technology Excellence team, you will contribute to our customer’s evolution of software development and operations, targeting state-of-the-art platform-, and application architectures while by helping to deliver a portfolio of SPM consulting offerings and leading Plat4mation internal initiatives to enhance our operational sales-, delivery- and innovation capabilities.

• Develop and Enhance Offerings: Drive the development and enhancement of new and existing SPM offerings within the Technology Excellence domain.
• Lead Generation: Support in generating leads for these SPM offerings, contributing to the growth and expansion of our capabilities.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the Plat4mation sales team to identify and develop SPM opportunities, playing a crucial role in expanding our business. Furthermore, with pre-sales and RfP activities.
• Customer Support: Support the delivery of customer projects, ensuring the successful implementation of SPM capabilities and improving the customer experience across the organization.
• Internal Training: Contribute to internal training initiatives, sharing your expertise to empower team members and enhance overall proficiency.
• Innovation: You will be driving innovation by defining new/updated offerings for different markets/clients leveraging the latest and greatest in technology and best practices.

We ask

• Fluent in English is mandatory; Dutch or French or German is a big plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in leading implementations on PPM solutions
• Experience in advising on PPM solutions based on customer needs/opportunities
• Experience in working with PPM solutions (as Project manager, program manager, portfolio manager)
• Affinity and preferably experience with financial processes (cross-charging, cost modelling)
• Relevant certifications (3PO, Prince2, Agile, MSP, MoP)
• A very good understanding of PaaS enterprise solutions. Previous experience with ServiceNow (Designing, configuring & implementing the platform) or other related PPM Software (Clarity - Broadcom, Planview, Project Online).
• Able to provide training and coaching to other colleagues.
