Hinicio is looking for a final year master’s student in engineering or business or similar with a strong interest in the sustainable energy and hydrogen sector. The intern will be part of the consultant team based in Brussels or Paris working on one or more projects, typically on the following tasks:

  • Quantitative and qualitative market research
  • Identification of funding opportunities for large scale projects and supporting applications to EU and National subsidies
  • Techno-economic modeling of (renewable) energy systems
  • Benchmarking of competing technical solutions
  • Energy policy and regulatory analysis
  • Writing of client presentation and reports

Desired skills & expertise:

  • Final year master’s student with a degree in engineering or business or similar from a top university.
  • Strong interest or experience in the (sustainable) energy business.
  • Bright analytical skills combined with a hands-on approach to respond to clients in designing impactful and sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to bring projects forward in an exciting international environment.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborative spirit, motivated to learn, and a positive and entrepreneurial attitude to connect with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Dutch/French is a plus.
