Strategy Delivery Manager

• You are in n-2 of the CEO, reporting directly to the Strategy Delivery & Transformation Lead (Director)
• You translate the Strategy vision into a Strategy Delivery Framework. You ensure aligned and sequenced progress through timely decision making with right stakeholders (guidance meetings, Executive committee reviews…)
• You define, adapt, build awareness, and ensure adoption of strategy delivery governance. You provide relevant tools and champion strategy delivery discipline at all levels of the company.
• You contribute to the smooth running of the Quarterly Business Review process to set clear ambitions, bring clarity on actual performance, ensure consistent prioritisation and resources allocation. You manage the communication cascade of QBR decisions to the teams.
• You bring transparency on actual progress and value realization, a.o. with monthly dashboards, and hold people accountable to deliver on commitments
• You surface critical impediments and facilitate resolution with subject matter experts. You deep dive into the content yourself, acting as an internal consultant, if needed to better qualify the issue and design solutions.
• You facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and act as a sounding board for decision makers. You contribute to building a culture of collaboration, customer centricity and bold choices.

Main Working Relationships:

• Main internal stakeholders: PLS, Senior managers, Tribe leads, Group Strategy, Finance, IT & digital governance.
• Main external stakeholders: Management consultants, peers in telco or comparable industries.

Your Profile

Skills & Competences

• You communicate effectively, orally and in writing. You have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You understand underlying forces and what motivates stakeholders. You understand the importance of the human factor in strategy delivery.
• You master corporate and business strategy concepts.
• You are familiar with agile principles and basic methodologies.
• You work effectively in teams with a wide variety of backgrounds and know how to lead them to success. You have superior group facilitation, interviewing, and influence skills.
• You work autonomously within set objectives, while being at ease multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• You are result oriented, bold and courageous without being pushy or arrogant.
• You are passionate about the challenges and opportunities brought by technology and innovation. You like to challenge the status quo and common beliefs.

Education and experience required:

• Business Administration or engineering degree
• Exposure with impact to highest level of decision makers (PLS and Board)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management consulting firm or demonstrable track record in large-scale transformation programs.
• Fluent in English with at least a working knowledge of French and Dutch
