We are seeking a Supply Chain Process Improvement Lead who is passionate about continuous improvement, adept at influencing and coaching, to join our BTO Supply Operations team based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

About The Role

Within our Supply Chain department at Braine, you’ll be part of the Process Improvement and Compliance team. This team supports Supply Chain department in project management, continuous improvement, knowledge management, compliance topics. Your primary objective will be to support Braine’s Supply Chain by:

  • Driving continuous improvement and performance measurement.
  • Deploying the department’s vision and strategy to support UCB’s ambitions in coordination with other functions.
  • Enhancing data availability, utilization, and accuracy.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate closely with diverse teams and functions (Braine, Global, other UCB sites) to create cross-functional links.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead projects and continuous improvement efforts within Braine’s Supply Chain.
  • Influence and coach teams on various options to solve problems, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation of new processes.
  • Develop specific KPIs to monitor Braine’s Supply operations’ health and the progress of process improvement.
  • Lead the knowledge center for SAP within Supply Chain department.
  • Maintain a helicopter view of processes and systems in place.

Interested? For this role, we’re seeking the following qualifications, experience, and skills:

  • Education and Qualifications: Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: at least 5 years in supply chain/manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical is a plus), experience in demand and production planning, process improvement, and change management.
  • Competencies: Good understanding of supply chain processes, proficiency in SAP, Business Intelligence (BI), ERP systems, Lean 6 Sigma, APICS certification is desirable.
  • Languages: English and French at full professional proficiency level
