To support our continuous growth and reinforce our Supply Chain, Planning, Logistiek team we are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager.

This Is What You Do
  • Take the lead in improvement projects : identify opportunities, collect and analyse data, set up a project team, launch, manage and deliver the project (e.g. Improve material maintenance and planning from creation-to-production)
  • Act as an expert in EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) WMS (SAP) to support warehousing teams. Be the driver in finding and executing process improvements with all parties involved (production operators, forkliftdrivers, transport planning …) to win with EWM. Be the EWM SPOC to other Ontex plants.
  • Drive monthly obsoletes and slow moving stock reduction process to keep our inventory level under control. Guide the planning and buying team in execution of actions.
  • Set priorities in blocked stocks (complaint handling) in alignment with quality manager, warehouse manager FG and production coordinator
  • Share responsibility with planning team on keeping machine stocks correct: cogis incl. root cause analysis and corrective actions, challenge sufficient number of machine stock counts during the month.
  • Coordinate yearly inventory audit and regular traceability exercises during internal and customer audits
This Is Who You Are
  • Master in Economy, in a related field or equivalent by experience
  • Good communication skills internally as well as externally with upper and lower levels of organization, ability to establish effective working relationships
  • Good knowledge of the common Microsoft office tools, knowledge and experience of a ERP system, knowledge of EWM is a strong plus
  • Problem-solving mentality , creative and positive mindset & teamplayer is a must, challenge the status quo
  • Results-oriented and customer minded , able to identify and implement meaningful continuous improvement opportunities
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills, ability to work independently
