A well-known manufacturing group, with an HQ in Brussels, is looking for a Supply Chain Transformation Consultant to put in place the roadmaps and define the business needs for the optimisation of production.
Reporting to the management team, as the Supply Chain Transformation Consultant, some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the expansion or reengineering of the business and production;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and objectify the needed solutions for redesigning the supply chain, stock management, e-learning, MES implementation, optimisation of machine performance, reducing lead times etc.;
- Asses the strengths and weaknesses of their processes and prepare useful cases with strong added value for a solution;
- Identify, analyse, propose and finalise and implement changes and improvements on processes and operations;
- Support the roll-out of the projects on a daily basis with continuous improvement on operations with a strong focus on digital solutions;
The ideal Supply Chain Transformation Consultant , has a degree in engineering, coupled with project management focused on digital transformation, industrial automation, supply chain optimisation, lean and/or change management of at least 5 years.
Readiness to travel on a daily basis. Working from the office is not mandatory.
Fluency in French and English is a must.
