Job description

Driven by our company expansion we are looking for a System Administrator to strengthen and grow our current infrastructure team in order to manage and maintain our growing data center and company equipment.

Responsibilities Include
  • Management and maintenance of our cloud, data center, and office infrastructure
    • Technical interventions
    • Monitoring and troubleshooting
    • Connectivity
    • Support and stand-by
    • Scripting and automation of workflows and monitoring
    • Automatic backup management
  • Management and maintenance of our engineering infrastructure
    • VSAN
    • GitLab
    • TeamCity
    • AWS
    • Jira
    • Confluence
    • Salesforce
    • Trend micro virus scanner
  • Support employees in their day to day work
    • Remote working from home
    • Setup, configuration, and support of development machines and laptops
  • Participate in strategic discussions and support of company-wide policies and procedures
    • Security
    • Various compliance standards (SOC2, GPDR, …)
    • Product demo environments
    • Company website
    • Internal documentation and knowledge base
The successful candidate’s required skills and experience
  • Data center management, monitoring, and automation
    • Ansible and Terraform
    • VSAN
    • VCenter
    • AWS
    • Azure
    • Docker
    • Kubernetes
    • Icinga
  • Hands-on experience with management and support of Windows and Linux environments
    • User management
    • MS office
    • MS Server and Active Directory
  • Experience with the configuration and management of the following environments is a plus
    • Jira
    • Confluence
    • TeamCity
    • Salesforce
    • GitLab
  • Structured and analytical mindset
  • Good communicator
