Are you ready to play a pivotal role in building the technology of the national logistics operator, which offers a variety of services including real-time item tracking, 24x7 lockers, SendOn, an extensive retail network and much more?

MaltaPost plc is offering a Systems Analyst opportunity to actively participate in IT projects, engage with business owners, and drive the company’s technological transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings
  • Ensure that data protection, security and business continuity aspects are considered in all applied changes
  • Gather requirements based on the set business processes, whilst identifying opportunities for optimisation, consolidation and automation
  • Create detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications
  • Work closely with the development teams to ensure accurate implementation
  • Assist during user acceptance testing to ensure that the development meets the business requirements and is according to the specifications agreed to
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes
  • Coordinate user training
  • Handle multiple tasks and projects

Requirements

  • Specialisation in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Working Experience as an IT analyst
  • Proven track record in IT projects implementation
  • Experience in customer online channels will be considered as an asset
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Local residence
