Talencia is looking for an IT Support Specialist as permanent for one of its clients in Antwerp.

Start date : ASAP

Location : Antwerp

Duration : Permanent

Description :
You will work as IT Support Engineer in our IT Infrastructure Team.

Your main tasks will be to:
Advice and support your colleagues on their IT needs & issues, in the office or hall, either remotely or on-site;
Deploy updated or new software & hardware;
Identify the training needs for users on Office 365, security awareness...;
Guide & support the rollout of international IT standards to the different teams of the group;
By means of a turn key system, offer the required quick and qualitative support to the IT needs of the international productions that use our halls.

Profile :
Bilingual Dutch/English is a must & French is an asset;
Specialist Office 365;
Good skills with MS Windows, Mac OS & iOS;
Basic skills of user mgt via AD;
Familiar with Linux, Virtualization, Routing & Switching;
Flexible, Communicative & transparent;
Pro-active, efficient, responsible & eye for details;
Ready to work outside the office working hours;
Interest for culture & ethic.
