For one of our customers located in Flemish Brabant, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Freelance !

  • Start : ASAP ;
  • 6 months ;
  • Full Time ;
  • ENG/ NL / FR ;
  • Min. 2 days at the office.

Description

What is the challenge?

  • You lead and manage the recruitment & selection process from A to Z. The target profiles are Tech Profiles ;
  • You identify and source appropriate talents for current open positions within the organization using job boards, Internet sourcing, social media and other channels ;
  • You are the primary contact point for all candidates and the internal organization ;
  • You build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification and on-going talent pooling ;
  • You build up relevant talent pools through recurrent contacts with relevant talents ;

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You have a proven experience with strategic and tactical recruitment in combination with labor market communication ;
  • You are at ease with IT / Tech Profiles ;
  • You have experience within a large organisation and with multiple stakeholders ;
  • You speak English, French and Dutch ;
  • You are an excellent communicator and strong team player ;
  • You are flexible, you don’t hesitate to leave your confort zone to help colleagues when needed.
