About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll work alongside a team of experienced managers who oversee teams that are specialists in their niche markets. Your role will involve providing new potential top candidates who can reinforce and grow our current divisions in the different offices in Belgium. Key Responsibilities
  • Source and headhunt the best potential new employees with different experience levels and backgrounds to join our company using a variation of methods
  • Screen CVs and carry out telephone-based and face-to-face interviews with candidates as a first part in the internal hiring procedures
  • Answer candidate’s questions concerning their interest and applications and provide feedbacks
  • Write and adapt internal vacancies to post online on career pages, job boards and social media
  • Coordinate in-house and international trainings with our Learning and Development teams and external partners
  • Provide a clear insight on our company, the internal career possibilities and step up as an ambassador for the Robert Walters Group by taking part in job fairs and network events
About You

To join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your skills and experience should include:
  • Bachelor or Master’s in business administration, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology etc.
  • Excellent level of English, very good French and good level of Dutch
  • A tenacious approach – you’ll follow tasks through thoroughly to deliver quality and precision on different priority levels
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Plenty of initiative with a social, communicative and assertive spirit and the ability to see the bigger picture
