Your role:
Your career at Threon starts with a well-planned onboarding period in which you get to know your colleagues and the Threon best practices. You will be part of a great HR-team, working closely together with the different Business Unit Managers, our HR-Manager, Marketing, ….
Next to the operational part, you will also have the opportunity to work on HR-project such as establishing an attractive Employer Brand, continuous improvement etc,…
Your day-to-day activities:
- Responsible for the Talent Management of our consultants across the BeNeLux.
- Partnering with the CTO to define recruitment needs & action plan
- Managing the complete selection process: search for the right candidates, CV screening, interviewing and recommendation to Management.
- Pro-actively managing a candidate pipeline for the recruitment needs
- You keep track of the candidates and the interviews and you report weekly on this to the Management.

- You have minimum two years of experience as recruiter.
- You are a connector, building relationships and partnering across the organization to achieve the company goals.

- You speak Dutch and English fluently and know how to make a conversation in French.
